We only ship to The United States （Except Alaska and Hawaii）, The United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Canada.

   Free shipping for orders over $39.99

 

1. Processing Time

We need 12-24 hours processing time and then your order will be shipped. (Monday to Friday) , the carrier will be USPS or DHL. 

 

1. Delivery Time

It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently

We will ship your order within 24 hours from the our warehouse. (in very few cases, we can't do within 24 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days)

Please allow 2-7 days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.

Any delivery dates provided by Rafow are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your Rafow account it you have registered,  if you haven't registered on our site you could also track your order here with your tracking number.
